Give

The Nest Project - Give
'From our family to yours...'

Donate

We rely on donations to be able to have items to give to our clients. Thank you for thinking of donating to us and helping other families in our community! Please see a guideline below on what we accept and how to donate.

WHAT

We want to make sure that every item we give to another family feels like a gift.

Here's our simple guide to what makes a great donation. By helping us in this way, you are ensuring we can use our time and resources in the best possible way, to reach as many families as we can.

All items must be from a smoke free home, and be clean and in good working order.

  • Stairgates and cots have all the bolts and screws in a bag attached to the frame.
  • Breast pumps to be manual or electric closed systems with all parts included and where possible an original manual.
  • Bottles to all have lids, used teats removed and ensure bottles are not heavily stained.
  • Books to have no rips, stains or torn pages.
  • Please make sure prams and buggies are clean with no mould (remove any items from the basket) and have all attachments, new born accessories, bassinet, rain covers etc, together and ready to use.

Items that we don't accept:

  • Toys, Games and Puzzles
  • Heavily stained items
  • Broken Items
  • Car Seats
  • Formula or food
  • Large items of furniture apart from cots/toddler beds
  • Door bouncers or baby sit-in walkers or jumperoos
  • Second hand mattresses
  • Drop Side Cots
