If you are a professional requesting items on behalf of a family, please select a slot entitled "agency referral".
If you are requesting items for yourself, please book on a slot that says "self referral".
Please book a slot for the day you'd like to collect or have a delivery.
If a slot has no more tickets left, that means we are full for that date, please choose a different slot.
We would ask that only request a delivery if you do not have a car, and that you do not request more than one delivery a month as these slots are limited and in demand.
If you are expecting a baby and are at least 12 weeks pregnant, you can book an hour long in-person "New mum consultation" - scroll down to book one of these slots.
